Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an RMA authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your NÜOBELL dumbbells and cradles in their original heavy-duty boxes and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Logistics

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger orders.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
